You can request to be de-registered (PDF). Please feel free to inform us in advance of your plans to de-register. This helps us with our planning and saves you from receiving inquiries from us regarding re-registration. For official de-registration, we must receive your complete de-registration request, including clearance from the computer studio, technical equipment lending service, and library.

Please have the three departments sign the clearance form to confirm that you no longer owe anything there. Once we have received all the necessary documents, we will issue the official de-registration notice.
