The login to the S-Bahn app does not work! What can i do?

First follow the instructions in “How do I get my Deutschlandsemesterticket in summer semester 2025?”. If there are still problems, please follow these steps:

1. ensure you have the latest app version:
Check that the latest version of the S-Bahn Berlin app is installed on your smartphone:
iOS: Version 4.1.6 (or newer)
Android: Version 4.2.3 (or newer)

2. check the e-mail address you registered with:
You must register with your university email address in the S-Bahn Berlin app. Please note that the April ticket is not visible immediately, but will be made available in the app in time for the start of the validity period on 01.04.2025.
