The login to the S-Bahn app does not work! What can i do?


    1. ensure you have the latest app version:
    Check that the latest version of the S-Bahn Berlin app is installed on your smartphone:
    iOS: Version 4.1.6 (or newer)
    Android: Version 4.2.3 (or newer)

    2. check the e-mail address you registered with:
    You must register with your university email address in the S-Bahn Berlin app.

    A smartphone with an Android 8 (or newer) or iOS 16.7 (or newer) operating system is required to use the S-Bahn Berlin app.
