(engl) how do I use the rental software Quickverleih?


Please open the page https://verleih.kh-berlin.de/login.

For students: Log in using your KHB email address and the originally assigned password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via "Forgot Password." Please note that sending the email to your student email address may take some time—please be patient.

For staff/lecturers: Please visit in person to log in.

IMPORTANT: For extensive reservations or reservation changes (e.g., more devices, different loan periods), please make sure to discuss them in person with the staff!





Afterward, you can select the location where you would like to borrow equipment:



  • The Technikausleihe (Technical Equipment Rental)

  • The Computer Studio

  • The rental service of your own department, if available. If necessary, please request activation there as well.

If you are not yet authorized for the Technikausleihe, please send a short email to ausleihe@kh-berlin.de.

Initially, an alphabetical list of all available devices will be displayed. Since this list is quite extensive, it is recommended to use a filter. Please use the keyword search (magnifying glass icon), or use the category search (the three sliders in the upper right corner) instead.

You can select your desired loan period—please note the standard loan period of two weeks—and after choosing a category (-1-), you can display a selection of suitable devices by clicking the sliders icon again (-2-).




For some devices, optional accessories and/or similar devices will be displayed. Once you have chosen a device, you can "add it to the cart" and select additional devices using the category search if needed.

Once you have selected all the devices, you can proceed to the final reservation page by clicking on the small shopping cart in the upper right corner.


 

    



 

There, please enter your phone number and a mandatory purpose of use, read and accept the privacy policy and terms of use, and then submit the reservation.

Depending on the device, your reservation may be automatically approved, allowing you to pick it up at the agreed time. Otherwise, it may require approval from the respective rental location, in which case you will be notified.



If you are unable to return a device on time, please make sure to inform the rental service.
