Workspace admins can generate an attendance list for every workspace-calender-event within Incom. (The Workspace must be ticked as course)
(For data protection reasons, the attendance list will be deleted automatically after 4 weeks)
1 - Select the desired calendar event.
- If the event is already in the past, you will need to select »show past events« first.
2 - All the workspace members are listed and can be ticked as »absent«
3 - You can add additional guests and their contact information in the text field at the bottom.
4 - optional: you can download the attendance list in a .pdf or .csv format.
